When I was younger, I learned how to ride one. But I never really got the hang of it unless they had stabilisers on. [It's extremely tempting to trick him into thinking stabilisers are something completely ridiculous, but she fights the urge for now.]

It's just, I saw people riding them with their kids, on the surface. It seems like something I should know how to do, to teach mine.
